SUPPLIES FOR COMPLETING CLASS SESSION 1 EXERCISES

During our class sessions, and as part of our learning process, we will be doing some exercises. For example, we will be
- practicing the crimping process,
- making a bracelet using needle and thread,
- learning to make simple and coiled loops with wire
- experimenting with the management of thread tension
- putting color ideas and theories to the test
- designing by following rules of composition
- making and then playing with components

You have the option to either buy a kit with all the necessary materials in them, bring your own supplies, or buy the supplies as you need them at Be Dazzled Beads (where Jewelry Design Camp is held).



With This Kit, You Will Receive...

 

Stringing materials, including FireLine (size D, .008", smoke gray), Nymo Thread (size D, black), Soft Flex cable wire (.019")

Sterling silver crimp tubes, silver plated crimp cover, silver plated horseshoe wire protector

Pewter toggle clasp, 4mm Czech Glass fire polish round beads

22-gauge nontarnish brass wire, half hard

Brick Stitch graph paper

Miyuki 4mm cube beads and 8/0 and 11/0 seed beads

6mm and 8mm Czech glass fire polish beads

Miyuki 11/0 delicas in 6 colors and Miyuki 15/0 seed beads in black

10x14mm black onyx cabochon

gold-plated french wires

microcrystalline wax

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes, because of erratic supplies of beads and othermaterials,
